Voicemail is simply part of the every day language of business these days. And PhoneStar*s voicemail to email service makes it really easy to offer your callers an option to leave their important message.
The service records your unanswered calls, and instantly emails you a .wav (sound) file with the message. You can change the destination email as often as you like using your online PhoneStar* portal.
Voicemails on redirected calls too
If you have a 'divert plan' activated on your PhoneStar* line, where calls are automatically redirected to a different number if the incoming call isn't answered, you can still have a voicemail if these lines are busy or unanswered.
Get an email when they didn't leave a message too
You can also choose to receive Missed call alerts. By checking this box on your online control panel you will receive an email even if no message is left by the caller.
