What PhoneStar* Virtual Office services are available?
To give your callers a list of connection options, ask for Virtual Receptionist. The callers are then given a list of options to select, eg sales or service.
PhoneStar* Divert Plan kicks in when the main line is engaged or not picked up. In other words, you never ever miss a call. You can divert to three different numbers and, if you have Virtual Receptionist, each of the connection options can have its own Divert Plan attached.
To redirect calls to a new number at different times of the day--perhaps evenings and weekends — you'll need the PhoneStar* Time/Day Plan. Great for when your office is closed — the service kicks in automatically at the times you programmed via your online interface.
You an also choose PhoneStar* Call Queuing (complete with a choice of music for callers to listen to while they wait, and regular updates about their position in the queue) and the incredibly useful PhoneStar* Voicemail to Email service...
This records a message from the caller but instead of sending an alert to your phone like regular voicemail, it sends an audio file to the email address of your choice. So if you're out and about, you can get your recorded messages simply by logging on to your usual email software. Brilliant!
Finally, there's Call Recording. This lets you record a phone conversation (both sides) automatically without any additional equipment or software. Naturally, it's a great training tool and vital for dispute management.
