phonestar call queuing
phonestar's Call Queuing holds your incoming calls in an automated queue.
You can set the number of callers held in the queue (up to 50, more on application), and choose the music they'll hear whilst they are placed on hold. Naturally, you can also play a variety of 'comfort messages to your callers', whilst they wait to be answered - and control how often they hear these.
Finally, if you wish, you can automatically tell the caller what position they are in the queue.
