How to use the service
1 Go to the phonestar website and find the access number for the country you want to call
2 Dial this number
3 Once you're connected, a recorded voice will ask you to dial the regular overseas number
4 Now dial the full international phone number (starting with 00 in the usual way). So, to make a call to New York you simply dial 0844 799 0444 then 001 212 555 1234
5 When you've finished, just hang up as normal.
