Q: Where I can use the phonestar international service?
A: Anywhere in the UK but sadly you can't use the phonestar access numbers outside the UK.
Q: How do I get the bill for these calls?
A: The calls appear on your regular phone bill eg if you're a BT customer then the call will show on your BT bill. But you'll be charged the phonestar rate not BT's! Your mobile and other phone service providers may you charge you differently. We suggest you check with your particular provider in advance of using phonestar international calling.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit or pre-register first?
A: Absolutely not. Just dial the phonestar access number and start saving. But don't forget, if you plan to make a lot of overseas calls from a mobile, it'll probably pay to use our international mobile package deal where you just pay £5 deposit by sending us a text. Q: Does phonestar charge a connection fee in addition to the pence per minute call charge?
A: No. phonestar never charges a connection fee to use our access numbers. But if your existing service provider levies a minimum set-up call fee this will unfortunately still apply to phonestar calls.
